29-Year-Old Woman Killed in San Diego Crash on Imperial Avenue
San Diego, California – Following a San Diego accident that took place in the 7200 block of Imperial Avenue, one woman died according to the San Diego Police Department.
At around 8:09 pm, the 29-year-old woman was trying to walk southbound across the Imperial Avenue, west of Viewcrest, when she was hit by a westbound 2005 Mercedes sedan driven by a 52-year-old woman.
The victim died at the scene of the accident.
However, DUI was not suspected to be the factor in the accident.
The accident remains under investigation by the San Diego Police Department.
