Adrian Salinas, Bernard MaKoule Killed in Car Accident at Stunt and Schueren Roads in Malibu
Teenagers Killed in Malibu Single-Car Crash at Stunt and Schueren Roads Identified
Malibu, California – On Tuesday afternoon, the two teenagers who were killed in the single-car accident at Stunt and Schueren roads in Malibu Canyon have been identified by the California Highway Patrol.
A 1996 Mazda Miata driven by Bernard Makoule, 17, and his passenger Adrian Salinas, 18, both residents of Oxnard were traveling northbound on Stunt Road from Schueren Road.
Without knowing any reasons, their vehicle went into the opposite lane and went off the road down a steep mountainside and landed on its roof.
On August 25, at around 2:28 pm the accident happened near Calabasas according to the California Highway Patrol.
The paramedics responded to the crash scene where they declared Adrian as dead.
While Makoule was critically injured and taken to UCLA Medical Center by Los Angeles Fire Department helicopter, where he was declared dead at the hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
