David Wesley Killed in San Bernardino Car Accident on Kendall Drive and Lakewood Street
David Wesley ID’d as 1 of 2 Victims Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash on Kendall Drive and Lakewood Street in San Bernardino
San Bernardino, California (December 8, 2019) – Authorities have identified one of the two people who were killed Thursday afternoon in a traffic accident involving two vehicles at an intersection in San Bernardino as David Wesley, 86.
The deadly crash took place at around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, December 5 at the intersection of Kendall Drive and Lakewood Street.
According to the authorities, a Nissan truck, driven by Wesley, was traveling westbound on Kendall Drive when it turned left at the Lakewood Street intersection and collided with a Volkswagen Beetle that was traveling through the intersection.
Wesley was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and a passenger in the Beetle were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Speed, alcohol or drugs were not considered factors in the accident. An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
