1 Dead in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 210
1 Person Killed in Duarte Car Collision on Interstate 210 Early Sunday Morning
Duarte, California (December 15, 2019) – One person died in a multi-vehicle accident that happened early Sunday morning on Interstate 210 Freeway in Duarte, as per a local news source.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred at about 2:45 a.m. near Buena Vista Street.
According to a CHP log, a Ford Focus crashed into a rail, and six other vehicles were involved in the crash. The report did not give details of how the six vehicles were involved.
One person was killed in the collision.
It remained unclear if any other person was injured.
The crash forced authorities to close the westbound lanes of the freeway for hours as investigators worked the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
